Dining at Oase

Sometimes the best table isn't in a restaurant.

Fire, flavour and the freedom to eat somewhere unexpected. At Oase, dining moves with the day — from KOLE to the river, the bush, Kruger and your own private space.

KOLE

Cooking with fire at the heart of it.

KOLE takes its name from the Afrikaans word for ember. It reflects the way we like to cook — with fire, smoke, patience and ingredients that make sense here.

The menu is contemporary African rather than traditional for tradition's sake. Produce from our garden, carefully sourced ingredients and the character of open-fire cooking come together in food designed to feel generous, straightforward and memorable.

But KOLE is only one part of dining at Oase.

Fire-led African cooking, without the theatre getting in the way of the food.

Every good fire changes the food.

Come hungry

Stay long enough to find more than one favourite table.

KOLE is waiting. So are the river, the bush, your private deck and a few places we may not have decided on yet.
